Research gaps and declared research registry

Unknowns become structured, auditable questions. A research gap describes what the recorded evidence cannot answer—not whether an intervention works, fails, or is safe.

Demand is one visible planning input alongside decision impact, safety uncertainty, and feasibility. It is not a vote for benefit, a probability, or a promise that a study will be selected.

Evidence gaps

Status meanings: open is unresolved; under review is being assessed; addressed has cited new information but does not mean benefit was proven; closed ends tracking and does not by itself mean the question was answered.

Published registry declarations

Declared records, not verified studies

Published records are declared plans and statuses, not verification of execution, funding, ethics approval, recruitment, partners, or results. The public registry does not accept owner-linked submissions. Private operator activity is retained under the institutional audit policy. Published records and governance receipts are immutable, cannot be recalled person-by-person, and corrections create superseding versions rather than rewriting history.
